The Legal branch of Satanic Black is intricately skilled to handle the legal matters that cannot be resolved by simple legal mediation, but not all strong enough to resort in execution every time. The crimes listed below are considered major to SB and will be treated as such. All pertinent evidence [ logs, emails, conversation logs etc ] must be sent in to the High Judge, the Assistant Judges and the Commanding Empresses. Juries will be selected at random if not enough of the clan and guild commanders are available. Jurors will be paid for their time and efforts, and will be selected not based on nationality, gender or age, but on the legal aspects of any given trial to show fairness on both sides.

Illegal Enhancer Theft.
If this is proven, the guilty party may be subjected to forfeit of any and all enhancers owned until sentenced punishment is carried out.

Murder
Attempted Murder, or Murder committed against any member of SB, will be reason for a CA [ Capture Attempt ] contract to be taken out on them and brought to trial. In the trial, the accused, if found guilty of Attempted Murder, may be executed; or removed from SB, if this is the decision based on jury majority vote. If this is the case, you will lose your dice, enhancers and will be forced to start everything all over again if ever [ by some insanely dumb reason ] permitted to re-enter into SB If the second time around you are accused and found guilty of Attempted Murder, you will be executed on sight, no exceptions. In the case of Murder and found guilty, you are and will be sentenced to death. There is no excuse for this in SB, we are not a murder-condoning forum.

Rape
Rape has never, is not and never will be a consented event of any kind permitted in SB. In this case, the penalties are swift, destructive and with no warning. If your character is being raped, and there is no consent at all from you to the mun RPing out the rape; leave the room, and/or ignore any IM's that come in after telling the other person that you will not accept rape attacks on your character. Send all pertaining logs and IM's to BOTH Commanding Empresses. The person that attempted to rape your character can and will be brought to trial and prosecuted. The sentence to this crime can and will range from permanent exile with record of the rapist publicly displayed, to the most painful form of execution [ which will not be revealed here ].

Abuse of Children
This is not tolerated in SB. If evidence is brought to the High Council of abuse of a child in any way, you will be brought before the Commanding Empresses and the Court, and punished to the fullest extent of the laws of SB, in accordance to what the crimes against the child were. This can range anywhere from loss of registrations and/ro enhancers, to full exile or execution in cases of the abuse of a child; This includes abuse of children not yet born [ yes this does mean women pregnant with viable fetuses. ]. Abuse, or attempts that could lead to a viable unborn child is considered an executable offense, especially if the attacker/abuser has prior carnal knowledge of the unborn child's status.

Treachery
Treachery within your guild or clan may be dealt with by the Commanders, or in more severe cases, brought to the attention of the forum command. Treachery to the forum will be dealt with in trial. Unless the proof is substantially and blatantly obvious; and if proven guilty beyond reasonable doubts, execution will be ordered and carried out.

Illegal Slavery
As we know, FC and SM are the two forum aligned methods of enslaving another in SB. If the slave(s) was/were treated harshly, beaten and/or forced into any acts of debauchery during his/her term of enslavement; the slave(s) may bring up charges against the slaver. Valid and all valid proof must be provided when doing so.

Suicides
If your character commits suicide [ basically titled "self-murder" ], he/she forfeits all rights and his/her rezz counts are forfeit, considered all rezzes were used and left on their last life. This means, if you die again, whether it be DM loss, wars [ mock wars not applicable ] etc etc, you die again and your dead permanently to SB.

Incest
Incest is sexual relations with siblings [ this includes adopted siblings ], mother/father [ even including stepmother /stepfather ], grandparents, aunts, uncles, or anyone of a closer blood/family relation than a second cousin. This will not be tolerated in SB. Anyone found commiting this heinous act within the lands of SB, will be exiled. If the exiled refuses to leave the lands of SB and continues in the incestual acts, execution will be ordered and carried out on both individuals commiting the act.
