A registration number is mandatory for your property to be established and protected by SB. If an attack occurs in the room and it is not registered, you have to accept the attack(s) and SB will not be able to bring the attacker to justice for doing so. The only thing needed to register a room in SB is to submit an application, partials will be ignored, to the Director of Real Estate. All registration numbers must be listed in owner(s) lifescroll and/or extention. These registrations are not transferrable, if the property is taken out of SB, the registration becomes null and void.
Bill of Rights for a Registered Haven:
Security: No attempts may be carried out in a registered haven.
Owner(s) reserve the right to remove (eject) unwanted occupants regardless of any attempts. However, over abuse of this privilege will result in revokation of your registration, which will no longer make your property safe.
Owner(s) reserve the right to defend his or her property by means of bodyguards/bouncers if needed. The same ruling n abuse of power applies to this rule also.
Owner(s) reserve the right to report all unlawful activities that happen within the room and holds the to make a suggestion for punishment.
Any and all damage caused by the guilty party is to be repaired or replaced, whichever the greater.
If war breaks out, registered havens are the only safe zones for those actively in the war(s).
If anyone other than the room's owner, guild/clan/cult commander and/or member(s) opens the registered haven that is not affiliated with the room's owner, a contract may be taken out on the person, or brought to trial, depending on the circumstances. A screen shot and a log of any conversation with the person that opened the room must accompany the accusation. |
