Bank accounts issued in Satanic Black are issued to only those that are either:
1. Has been recently audited, all newly completed audits are automatically sent to the Director of Banking to either have a bank account issued to the audited member, or have their bank account credited with the new balance or deduction. This all depends on if anything in Satanic Black was purchased ( I.E. Enhancers, TBG Enhancer, etc. ), or simply depositing recently acquired gold to their bank account.
2. Applied for a bank account but with no gold to deposit just yet, and issued for future deposits to be made once a source of payment comes up with said member.
3. An issued bank account where member A transfers funds to member B's account for any reason ( Note that funds transferred from an existing account with a positive balance to another will be verified whether the funds in question are valid. Example: Verification with the Director of Toyz/True Bodyguards whether or not any recent purchases have been made that the Director might have not been notified of, via Enhancer Purchase invoices, TBG Enhancer Purchases etc ).

Additional funds acquired outside of a full dice audit can and will be subjected to proof for verification. Any and all payment slips, validations and whatnot may be requested prior to bank account balance validations. The Director of Banking is sent all receipts of any and all purchases, and updating any and all bank accounts of the fluctuations in the account holder's balance.

You will need a bank account registration in order to purchase Enhancers within Satanic Black. Your Bank Account registration serves as valid proof, audited or not, of funds available to make a valid purchase with valid funds, and not funds assumed to be available. The Bank Account system has been created to make this process easier, on both the recipient and the Commerce systems of the forum as a whole.
