Any member of Satanic Black, whether guild, clan, freelancer or high council found breaking any law will be punished by order of the Commanding Empress, Emperor, with the advisors, judges and jury by trial. If the accused is sentenced to death, and fails to appear, he/she will be hunted down by the forum reapers and killed on sight. Afterward, all statistics pertaining to Satanic Black by the executed party will be deemed null and void.

At any time the Commanding Empress and/or the Emperor is not capable of performing her/his duties, the Vice Empress/Emperor immediately takes over; unless otherwise stated by any previous stipulation. If the Vice Empress does not wish to take over that position, the Satanic Triad takes over.

All members of SB, whether in a guild, clan, cult, freelancer, HC member, you are deemed responsible for your actions, whether good or bad. The consequences you must also live up to and accept. Therefore, every member of Satanic Black is required to accept any and all legal contracted Assassination and Bounty Hunt Attempts, provided all necessary information/contracts and such are provided. This is not an option. Any member found declining any Satanic Black Assassination Attempts will be executed on sight.

All Satanic Black CA's must be accepted, provided a legitimate reason and legal contract and registration number. Refusing a Satanic Black Capture Attempt will result in possible removal from Satanic Black.

Any act of forgery is an act of treason, and will not be tolerated whatsoever. Whether it be an orb to obtain anything within the forum, audits. Anyone caught in forging any Satanic Black documents will be brought to trial.

Anyone brought to trial and fails to arrive, a Bounty Hunter will be sent to track them down. Following either with immediate execution or another trial, which the Bounty Hunter may hold him/her by force if necessary.

All members of the forum may claim the forum in their lifescrolls/extentions. If you do not claim, you must provide proof of anything that is needed. This pertains to; registration numbers, dice, gold, enhancers, etc. If you decide to leave the forum for any reason, you must send your letter of resignation to the Commanding and/or Vice Empress, and the applicable Admittance Director if you joined as Freelance. The Guild/Clan Director if your you joined under a GC/Elder status. If the Commanding Empress and/or Emperor does not have this, you will still be considered fair game to the forum until such time that this is recieved.

All Satanic Black high council members will be paid on the first of every month. Monthly pay will be determined number of positions held being a maximum of two [ 2 ] per individual.

No member of Satanic Black is at all under any obligation to accept any challenge by another, including but not limited to Death Matches, Slave Matches, Honor Matches.

Rape is illegal in Satanic Black. Sex crimes, especially involving children in any form, with proof given, are considered an offense punishable by execution without any chance of a Resurrection [ Rezz ]. Murder Attempts are not accepted, nor allowed within Satanic Black. Anyone caught committing a murder within Satanic Black will be executed.

Every member of Satanic Black is given the right to be heard by the Empress, Emperor and the Vice Empresses and Emperors. Members are also entitled to a fair and fully conducted trial.

Clan/Guild/Cult/etc treason is acknowledged and dealt by the commander[s] of said organization as deemed necessary by law and discretion of the commander[s]/elder[s].

If you are going to Will your government issued properties and weapons to another member of SB; make sure you provide proof ( DM Final Validation, AA Validation stating permanently dead to SB, something showing your character is DEAD. This is not a forum that allows Willing gold, exp, enhancers and whatnot to your other characters so they can gain dice faster. It does not work that way. ) that you are legally dead to the government. This is not a government that allows free rides just because one is higher up than the other when you never really died.
