Dragon Slaying is obviously for those with the black hearts of Rhy'din.
Being a Dragon Slayer comes with malice for those who have adorned the newly acquired Dragons. In order to defeat these creatures, you will need to be strong, and intelligent. The Dragon Slaying charter is almost exact to the Dragon Taming/Rider charter, but with one exception. You have chosen to put down one of the magnificent beasts. During said taming attempt, you have a choice to either tame or kill the Dragon. You as a person have a choice; and if you are considering this option, we all know what option you have chosen.
When you go to become a Dragon Slayer, all the requirements of becoming a Dragon Tamer apply [ See Dragon Tamer/Rider charter for more details before getting yourself further involved in this type of game. ]. Yet when it comes time for the choice of taming or killing said Dragon you are to choose Kill. Here is the difference with this. Upon stated slaying, you are to carry out the "Final Attack ". You are to make one last attack. This last attack must reach at least a damage count of twenty five [ 25 ] to put the Dragon down. Anything else will give the Dragon a last breath of life; giving the Dragon whatever you rolled under twenty five [ 25 ] in health and giving it a whole new chance to defeat you.
This process will continue, without leaving the battle until either you, or the Dragon kill each other. The Mercy rule, applied in the Dragon Taming/Rider charter is null and you or the Dragon will die.
Acquiring a Dragon Fang:
After killing said Dragon during the "Final Attack", you are to RP out ripping out one of the two incisors. This will give you the weapon Dragons Fear. Once assigned as a Dragon Slayer, you can bring this Fang to one of the Enhancer Directors to be forged into a Dragon Slaying Sword or whatever your preference might be. [ NOTE: Only one per combatant. No exceptions. ]
What does this Dragon Killing Weapon do?:
It is like having a Dragon yet not. If you feel Dragons should not be apart of this population, then don't participate. The Weapon goes off of what Dragon you killed. [ See the Dragon Charter ] Whatever original strength that breed of Dragon had, the Weapon will have. For each Dragon you kill, you get exactly the same amount of experince you would if you had a Dragon; thus making the Dragon Weapon stronger the chart you will find at toward the end of this charter.

You will have a special as well. Not only does your Dragon Weapon do whatever the damage of the Dragon you killed; yet it has a +5 Defense/Attack.
