Satanic Black Assassination

The art of assassination is something that everyone can do but only a select few do well. Assassins are paid for killing those they hate, someone that did something horribly wrong, as well as those who pay them to kill someone. An assassin registration, will be obtained only once a flawless mock Assassination Attempt is performed. If there is even one problem within that mock AA; the Director of Death will not grant a registration number. Before any Assassination takes place, a valid contract, with number is needed. A contract states the contract number, the Assassin's name(s) and the target's name. |

Acceptance Of Satanic Black Assassinations

If you are a member of SB, then you are REQUIRED to accept all SB Assassination Attempts [ AA's ] that have a valid contract, signed by the Director of Death and either the Commanding Empress or Co Emperor/ess. If you refuse to accept the SB Assassination Attempt, you will be executed and banned from SB. Permanently. There are no exceptions to this, |

Contract Reasons
|
Stalking - IC only; three occurences or more.
Out of Mass Spar Turn - Opponent attacks you outside of their turn.
Verbal Threats - IC only, of any potential of damage, injury, mutilation or dismemberment to the victim as a whole.
Caught attempting to assassinate without a contract.
Rape, non-TA theft, slavery dealing with family or friends.
Physical attacks on your character outside of any Match.
Ejecting people from an active DM; people ejected for not being one of the combatants, witnesses or proctor reasons does NOT apply.
Adultery; with substantial proof provided.
Failed and/or perceived KA; if the Kidnapper is perceived, fails his/her HtC and the target flees.
Failed and/or perceived AA; if the Assassin is perceived, fails his/her HtK and the target flees.

The Rules

2d Forum Dice are to be used; No 3d or 4d.
Contracts are a MUST. Anyone carrying out a SB AA with an illegal [ forged ] contract, that was not authorized and signed by the Director of Death and the Empress, will be hunted down and reaped [ executed ] on sight. No Exceptions.
Must NOT AA in a safe haven of SB.
AA's may be carried out in a private or public room.
At least one line of IC is needed, before the Assassin enters with stealth and the OOC scroll.
If the target has on an away message and is present in a chat room, you cannot AA them; even if they are talking OOC and such, it has to be IC.
If the target has on an away message, present in a chat room and role playing, you can AA them.
3 Enhancers are allowed per Assassins/BG/Target for the [M]AA: 1 percep/stealth, 1 DDC/HTK and one Elemental.
No more then three [ 3 ] assassins for MAA's on Immortals [ 4d ]; no more then two [ 2 ] assassins for MAA's on Half Breeds [ 3d ]; ALL assassins MUST BE listed on the contract.
Mortals [ 2d ] may NOT be MAA'ed.
If you have stealth, it must be RPed out. You do not want to enter and be seen.
You do not need a contract in war or mock war time.
Only one body guard permitted for the target.
BG's MUST be listed in both the target and BG's profile or webpage. If it's not listed correctly, they may not BG.
48 Hours after an AA, MAA, AADM Validation for a rezz.
If the assassin kills the BG, the assassin may move in on the target.
During a MAA, the target must roll 2d20 perception check for both assassins.
If the assassin, target, or BG is ejected from the room at anytime during the AA, you MUST move into another room. A screen shot [ SS ] must be taken as proof. If you do NOT go into another room, a council member will be notified, and the AA will be put off until then. Refusal to show up will result in an auto death. |

If perception fails, assassin moves onto the target
If perception passes, the BG can warn the target; if the BG tells the target, the target MUST leave the room. Or the BG can fight the assassin. - [Warn or Fight?]
[Roll 2d20 perception check - 2 needed to spot assassin] - modify if perception enhancers are used
Target rolls 2d20 Perception
If passed: [2/2 perception passed. Fight or Flee?]
Flee: The target leaves the room
Fight: AA continues for the HTK; continue to Step 12
If failed: [1/2 perception failed] - continue onto Step 12.
State target's HTK
Assassin attacks Target; if you have enhancers they must be role played out
Roll assassin dice; 2d forum dice
[30/27] - If the HTK is passed; please go onto Step 16.
[25/27] - If the HTK is failed; ask the target [Fight or Flee?]
If the target chooses to flee, the target leaves the room
If the target chooese to fight, the target get's a chance to counterstrike the assassin at the assassin's HTK using 2d assassin dice
If the HTK is reached on the CS, the assassin is dead. The line must be posted as stated: [AA failed on target, CSed assassin - 32/27. Date, Time, Time Zone. 48 hours rezz upon validation]
The Assassin would IC Post their Character's Death. Then leave the chat room
Ending OOC - [30/27 - HTK Passed. Target is successfully AA'd at Date, Time, Time Zone. You have 48 hours to get a rezz upon validaton]
